Hand wash process

Deep Cleaning

  • pH-neutral shampoo used to safely clean painted surfaces, plastics, wheels, engine components, brakes and chain.

  • Steam cleaning used on intricate and hard-to-reach areas to remove grease, bugs and contaminants.

  • Low-pressure washing process to protect sensitive electronics, seals and finishes.

Decontamination

  • Iron remover treatment to dissolve embedded contaminants and brake dust.

  • Clay bar treatment on painted surfaces to remove bonded contamination and prepare for correction.

Chain Maintenance

  • Clean and degrease chain, sprockets and guard.

  • Apply chain lubricant for smooth operation and protection.

2 - 3 STAGE PAINT CORRECTION

Stage 1

  • Combinations of pads and compounds to remove imperfections such as swirl marks, light to medium scratches and moderate paint defects.

Stage 2

  • Finishing polish to further refine the paintwork, enhancing depth, clarity and reflections while creating a high-gloss finish.

Stage 3

  • For motorcycles with heavier defects, advanced correction techniques including wet sanding where necessary to achieve the highest possible finish.

Plastic & Trim Surfaces

  • Restore faded plastics and trim pieces to a rich factory appearance.

  • UV protection applied to prevent future fading, oxidation and discolouration.

Metal Surfaces

  • Deep clean and refine metal components including frames, swingarms, foot controls and engine casings.

  • Remove oxidation, staining and surface contamination while enhancing the finish.

Application & Curing

  • Applied to painted surfaces, plastic trim, wheels, brake calipers and applicable engine components.

  • Curing time 12 – 24 hours as per manufacturer recommendations within our climate-controlled studio.
