OUR PROCESS

METHOD OVER SHORTCUTS

Every motorcycle moves through the same deliberate sequence, no matter which package it is booked in for. Assessment, safe wash, decontamination, correction, protection and inspection. Because the finish is only ever as good as the steps that build it. Skipping one, or reordering it, is where lesser finishes come from.

WHY THE ORDER MATTERS.

THE THEORY

Every step in this process exists to make the next one work. Assessment tells us what the paint can handle. The safe wash removes what would otherwise be dragged across the paint during correction. Decontamination removes bonded fallout that a compound would otherwise smear rather than lift. Correction levels the paint before it gets coated. Protection is the only step that lasts, but it only lasts if everything underneath it was done correctly.

That is why we don't offer 'quick polish and coat' services. A coating applied over swirls locks the swirls in for nine years. A wash done after correction creates new marks in freshly corrected paint. The order is not aesthetic, it is chemical, and it is non-negotiable.

SIX STEPS, IN THIS ORDER.

THE PROCESS

01

ASSESSMENT

Every motorcycle is inspected under specialised lighting to identify swirls, scratches, oxidation and paint condition. We build a correction plan tailored to your bike.

02

Safe Wash

Citrus pre-wash and foam loosen contaminants. A pH-neutral hand wash follows, at low pressure, protecting sensitive electronics and seals.

03

Decontamination

Iron remover and clay bar work together to dissolve and lift bonded fallout, brake dust, tar etc, so the paint is truly clean.

04

Correction

Multi-stage machine polishing carefully levels the clear coat. Defects are removed, not filled. Depth, clarity and reflection are restored.

05

Protection

GTECHNIQ Crystal Serum Ultra is applied by an accredited detailer for 10H hardness. EXOv5 tops it for hydrophobicity. C5 protects the wheels.

06

Inspection

Every panel, trim piece and coated surface is inspected again under IR and daylight. Nothing leaves the studio until it is genuinely better than new.
