Do you detail cars?
No — motorcycles only, ever. Every product, technique and process in the studio is chosen specifically for two wheels: exposed frames, sensitive electronics, chains and delicate plastics.
Does my bike need paint correction?
Yes. A coating locks in whatever is underneath it — so we correct the paint first, then protect it. Your bike is inspected under specialised lighting before we recommend anything.
How long does it take?
The Essential Package takes 1.5 – 2 hours. The Curated Package takes 3 – 5 days, including 12 – 24 hours of cure time in our climate-controlled studio. The Helmet Package takes 3 days.
How long does ceramic coating last?
Crystal Serum Ultra carries a 9-year guarantee with proper maintenance — and every Curated Package includes three complimentary Ceramic Essential maintenance visits to keep it performing.
How do I look after the coating?
A pH-neutral wash roughly every 4 weeks, no harsh chemicals, no abrasive brushes. Our Aftercare guide covers everything, including the first 14 days after application.
